managing their infrastructure. We provide deeper, more proactive engineering coverage
than premium support tiers — including IaC, cost optimization, and architecture work
that those plans don’t cover.

The AWS account is owned by the customer. The customer retains full ownership and control of their AWS account, including all resources, data, configurations, and access permissions. AWS provides the cloud infrastructure and services, while the customer manages and governs their account according to their business and security requirements.

Our standard response time SLA is based on the support plan selected. For critical issues, we provide rapid response times with 24/7 monitoring and escalation procedures.
