The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives. Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and growth objectives. - Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. - Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer behavior, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities that support strategic decision-making. - Brand Positioning & Messaging:
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels. - Social Media Trend Monitoring:
Monitor social media platforms and leverage current trends, tools, and content formats to enhance brand engagement and audience interaction. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives. - Event & Campaign Planning:
Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activation initiatives. - Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to evaluate effectiveness and guide future optimization strategies. - Budget Planning & Allocation:
Develop, manage, and allocate the marketing budget to ensure optimal utilization of resources and maximum campaign efficiency. - Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team to ensure alignment, productivity, and creative direction in execution. - External Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, marketing agencies, vendors, and media outlets to support broader brand objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- High creativity with a keen eye for current marketing and social media trends, content formats, and industry innovations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
